Sally joined Two IP as Chief Operating Officer in April 2023 bringing with her 25 years of experience working in public and private organisations.
Over half of Sally’s career has been in the legal sector including a patent and trade mark attorney firm, barrister chambers and law firms. In addition, she has successfully supported a wide variety of companies, charities and foundations primarily in the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Sally’s professional interest is constellation thinking, connecting organisations to work collaboratively to enhance strategic and operational capability and business improvement. She is passionate about authentic, mindful leadership as a keystone of corporate culture.
Outside of work, you will find Sally in the garden managing her ever-growing vegetable plot or in her study/studio pursuing her pyrography hobby!
